Cancellation & Refunds: Online & Offline NEET Coaching

For Teacher-Led Online Coaching:

  • Raise Refund Request within 10 days of purchase of the Online course.
  • The Money-back guarantee is VOID – If the Student has accessed more than 25% content of any E-learning course or has attended Online Classes / Received Recordings for more than 1 day. (i.e From on 11th day)
  • Any refund request beyond 10 days of purchasing the course will not be accepted and no refund will be provided.
  • Notwithstanding the above, the Admission fee which is the 10% of the Course paid by the Student / Parent towards securing his/her seat in an Online Course shall be

non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • No refunds for Students who fail to attend the Online Course.

For Offline Classroom Coaching:

  • Raise refund requests within 10 days of joining the Offline Classroom Course
  • The Money-back guarantee is VOID – if the Student or Parent raises any refund request beyond 10 days of joining the course.
  • Refund requests after the 10 days period will not be accepted and no refund will be provided.
  • Notwithstanding the above, the Admission fee which is the 10% of the Course paid by the Student / Parent towards securing his/her seat in an Offline Course shall be

non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • No refunds for Students who fail to attend the Offline Classroom Coaching.

Cancellations & Refunds:

  • Melbas Academy reserves the right to Revise the Terms & Conditions of this policy without any prior notice.
  • Melbas Academy, reserves the right to Postpone/ Cancel an Online or Offline Class, or Change the location because of Insufficient Enrollments, Instructor illness or Force majeure Events, etc
  • In this case, the Final Say will be Melbas Academy Authorities.

Cancellations & Refunds: Internet Technical Issues

In case of any technical issue found in Online fee payment, such as

  • During the Online payment through credit/debit card if the payment gets debited and the internet goes down due to some external server malfunction or any other similar happening.
  • The system fails to generate the required acknowledgement due to an internet malfunction.
  • The payment gets deducted from the payer’s account and does not reach the Melbas Academy’s Bank account or the payment gets debited twice due to server error.

We shall not be Responsible In any case until the course fee paid by the Student or Parent is credited into the Bank Account of the Melbas Academy.

The Final Say In Refund Policy – Melbas Academy Authorities

  • All Above mentioned refunds will be processed within 10 working days aher the Refund Request is finally approved by Melbas Academy Authorities.

These Terms of Service constitute an ‘electronic record’ within the meaning of the applicable law (including the Information Technology Act, 2000) and is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
