(applicable for students opting for all Online and Offline Courses, where admission done on or After 8th July 2024)
- Definitions:
- The Melbas Academy – Melbas Academy or its successors including its subsidiaries, holdings, Branches, Information Centres and franchisee.
- The student – Student enrolled with the Melbas Academy.
- Parent – All biological parents and also, any person who is not a biological parent but has parental responsibility for the student, irrespective of the relationship with the student.
- Guardian – Person who has been appointed by the Court of Law to take care of a minor student personally and / or manage the student’s day-to-day affairs, or a local guardian as appointed or authorized by the Parent.
- Agent – Any person duly authorized as an agent in writing by the Parent or guardian.
- Branch – Branches owned and controlled by Melbas Academy or its successors.
- Centre – Centres owned and controlled by franchisees of Melbas Academy.
- Appropriate Branch / Centre – Appropriate Branch / Centre concerning each student shall mean the Branch / Centre opted by or allotted to the student.
- Admission and Procedure:
To enroll with Melbas Academy, the student/parent/guardian (“You” or “Your”) shall download and fill out the admission form from the link shared by the admission counselor or obtain the admission form from the nearest Melbas Academy branch/center/ franchisee or obtain the same from the Agent of Melbas Academy. The Melbas Academy admission form must be filled with true, correct, accurate, and latest information, and signed by the student and parents/guardian, along with all the required supporting documents/checklist*. Incomplete forms will not be considered. It is compulsory to fill all the columns. Kindly attach all the required documents along with the duly filled-in admission forms. If the student/parents/guardian provides any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, or Melbas Academy has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, Melbas Academy reserves the right to disqualify/reject admission from any Online and Offline courses (“RCC Course (s)”). If Melbas Academy finds any discrepancy/pendency in the admission form as per the set criteria, In that case the services will be put on hold until such discrepancies are resolved by the student/parent/ guardian. It is also compulsory to provide the correct and updated mobile No. & E-mail ID of the student / parent / guardian for any communication from Melbas Academy. Melbas Academy shall not be held responsible if any information or communication regarding the RCC Course does not reach the student if he/she has not mentioned his/her or parent’s / guardian’s updated & correct mobile No. / E-mail ID.
- Payment of Fees:
The fees Should be paid in lump sum at the time of admission through any of the below listed payment modes only:
- Online payment through Payment Gateway
- Net banking (RTGS / NEFT)
- Debit / Credit Card
- Cheque
- Demand Draft (Hereinafter “DD”)

- Online Testing Facility
- The Online Tests shall be available on our website / app
- The Instructions for attempting Online Tests shall also be available on our website as per the test schedule.
- The Username and Password provided to the student will automatically expire after completing the course.
- In order to get All India Ranking, the student should attempt the test within 24 hrs.If the student attempts the test after 24 hrs., he / she will not be eligible for ranking.
Please note: ‘Online Test’ here includes all the tests conducted during the academic session as part of the course.
- Refund Policy
- Online preparation for NEET is a completely new experience, if for any reason you have any complaints or dissatisfaction in any manner with a course/package subscribed to Melbas Academy, please do contact us.
- However, if you still are not satisfied and wish to discontinue our services, we shall refund 100% of the fee paid, given that request for refund is received within three days from the date of payment. Please note that payments for Offline products, such as books, are not eligible for a refund.
- Cancellation Policy
We shall refund 100% of the fee paid, if you cancel your purchase within three days from the date of payment. Please note that payments for Offline products, such as books, are not eligible for Cancellation.
- Publicity:
Melbas Academy reserves the right to use the single / group photograph(s) and name of the student for publicity in all kinds of media, if the student secures a position/rank or succeeds in any Foundations / Medical / Engineering Entrance Exams in India or any test at international level at any time. In addition to the photograph, Melbas Academy also reserves the right to record video-audio testimonials of the student & parent for referencing or promotion, as required by Melbas Academy at any stage during and/or after the completion of the course for publicity in all kinds of media. No separate permission will be taken from parents/students for the same.
- Intellectual Property Rights:
Intellectual Property Rights mean and include but are not limited to products, proprietary information, patents, trademark rights, logos, technology, study material, utility models, design, know-how, trade secrets, databases, industrial processes, source codes, copyrights (including rights in computer software) and any other intellectual or industrial property rights (whether registered or unregistered) subsisting or recognized under the law applicable for time being in force. It is clearly understood and agreed that the Melbas Academy shall own and retain all rights, titles and interest in and to any Intellectual Property Rights created or developed by Melbas Academy. Nothing contained herein shall assign or transfer in any manner whatsoever, any of the rights, title, or interest in Intellectual Property Rights of one Party to the other Party.
- Reservation of Rights:
- Melbas Academy reserves its right to make any alteration in its programs/venue/timing and days of classes without any prior notice to students/parents. The decision of Melbas Academy will be final and binding on the students & parents.
- At all times, Melbas Academy retains an unconditional and irrevocable right to modify, change, or delete these terms and conditions or any part thereof, without any prior notice.
- It shall be Your responsibility to check the updated terms and conditions which are also available at our Website / App
- Disclaimer:
If at any point in time, there is a change in the policy of the Govt. / conducting body regarding the pattern of Entrance / Competitive Exams, Melbas Academy will immediately update/modify the course contents, and assignments, and reschedule the days and timings as per the need to meet the requirements of the new pattern of exam.
- Child Safety Policy
This policy is applicable to all persons and organizations associated with Melbas Academy, referred to as Melbas Academy’s Stakeholders, including:
- Employees of Melbas Academy, who maybe full-time or part-time employees, permanent or temporary employee, regular permanent employee or employed on contract
- Organizations and persons belonging to that organization, who may partner and/ or work with Melbas Academy in any capacity, even for a limited time period or job
- Volunteers who may work with Melbas Academy, in whichever capacity, even for a limited period of time
- Children enrolled as students of Melbas Academy and their parents or guardians who associate with the child in the official records of Melbas Academy
- Children who may not be enrolled but are reached out through marketing or sales of the product and their parents or guardians who associate with the Child
- Any other person or organizations who may be officially associated with Melbas Academy and its ambit of work and activity
In instances and circumstances where Melbas Academy may not have required control over the person alleged of any concern under this policy, including an instance of child abuse, Melbas Academy shall provide the required cooperation, assistance, and support to such parent or guardian of the affected child, in approaching any external, legal mechanism including the Police and/or the Courts, though Melbas Academy is itself not personally liable in such instances.
Melbas Academy expects all its stakeholders to adhere to the following child safety code of conduct :
- Expected Behaviour and Actions
- Listen to the child and, their views and opinions
- Have a non-judgmental attitude
- Treat every child with empathy and respect regardless of his/her race, color, gender, sexuality, religion, language, heritage, religious belief, social origin, or any point that discriminated a child
- Use appropriate language, behaviors while interacting with the child
- Use appropriate language, behaviors in any online medium used by the organization to communicate or engage with children
- Create an environment that enables children to share and express freely
- Keep all personal information of children, their parents and guardians confidential and secure, such information shall only be shared with authorized individuals
- The live online classes and the content, including but not limited to audio visual content is age appropriate and culturally appropriate
- Prohibited Behaviors and Actions
- Do not develop, induce or support any emotional, online/offline physical abuse or sexual relationship with children in any way
- Do not use or encourage the use of alcohol, drugs, cigarettes or other intoxicating substance in any of your interaction with children
- Do not develop any form of relationship or arrangement with children including but not limited to financial, which could be deemed to be exploitative or abusive
- Do not share with or show children online/offline any inappropriate content including pornographic material or material that encourages crime, violence, racism, sexism, self-harm, suicide, cruelty
- Do not use language or behavior towards children that is inappropriate, harassing, abusive, sexually provocative, demeaning, intimidating, discriminatory, or culturally insensitive
- Reporting Misconduct
If anyone who you feel is acting or has acted inappropriately, including but not limited to anyone who
(i) engages in offensive, violent or sexually inappropriate behavior, or
(ii) engages in any other disturbing conduct, you should immediately report such person to the appropriate authorities and then to Melbas Academy by contacting us with your police station and report number; provided that your report will not obligate us to take any action beyond that required by law (if any) or cause us to incur any liability to you.
By signing this admission form / enrolling in online courses, it is understood that You have read, understood, and consented to all the terms and conditions of this admission form. It is further understood that post admission of the students, You shall not make false excuses or misrepresentations of not reading the terms and conditions mentioned under this admission nor can be used as an excuse for any kind of additional refund or discount.
- Important Information:
- By signing this admission form / enrolling in our Online courses, it is understood that You have read, understood, and consented to all the terms and conditions of this admission form. It is further understood that post admission of the students, You shall not make false excuses or misrepresentations of not reading the terms and conditions mentioned under this admission nor can be used as an excuse for any kind of additional refund or discount.
- Please read these conditions carefully as they shall form part of the contract between the Parent / Student (If he/she is a major) and Melbas Academy. Further by admitting/enrolling your ward at Melbas Academy and by paying the requisite fees, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read & understood the terms and conditions relating to admission to Melbas Academy (also available at Melbas Academy’s website / app) and agree to abide and be bound by it. Any deficiency in the admission process cannot be pleaded as an excuse for not abiding by the terms and conditions relating to admission/payment of fees/refund / usage of student name by Melbas Academy etc.

These Cash Scholarships applaud the tremendous efforts put forth by our students. Every year a number of students receive these awards for demonstrating outstanding results in NEET.

Terms & Conditions
- One Student shall be given one award scholarship only, whichever will be higher.
- The student must be in the Classroom Course of Melbas Academy.
- If any other institute claims him/her as a student of their institute, he/she will not be eligible for the cash scholarship and epic rewards.
- Students enrolled in more than one course will be entitled to a single prize based on their rank.
- Prize money is inclusive of GST.
- The cash scholarship and epic rewards are applicable only to All India Ranks of General Category and not to the ranks under any other head such as SC, ST, OBC, PH, Defence, etc.
- The cash scholarship and epic rewards will be paid in Indian Rupees only (By Cheque).
NOTE: In all cases, the decision of the Melbas Academy shall be final.
